Colorado Springs to Estes Park

Finally we made it to Estes Park to my Aunt Nancy and Uncle Jim's townhouse. After dinner we walked into town and took pictures of the mountains. We also saw 3 mommy elk and 3 baby elk playing by the side of the road.

We also stopped in downtown Golden so I could take pictures of all the statues though out the town. I did not post all the statue up on the page, but I loved the town of Golden the most of all the towns we were in, in Colorado. We left Golden and went to eat lunch in Boulder at the Walnut Brewery.

Next we stop in Golden at the Co. school of Mines. I was hoping to take the children to the museum, but it was closed because it was Sunday. But we were able to follow the trail and still see the rocks outside and pick up the Earthcache.

On Sunday we lefted Co. Spring and travel to Red Rocks amphitheater. We enjoy climbing the stairs and reading about the many concert that have been perform here. We ended at the visitors center so the kids could shop and I could get my free Colorado T-shirt.
